What types of passes are available, and what do they include? 

Sound Camp offers the following pass types: 

➤ Festival Passes:

❥ 3-Day Festival Pass: Grants access to the festival grounds Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 

❥ 1-Day Festival Pass: Grants access to the festival grounds Friday, Saturday, OR Sunday. Please indicate which day you are attending at checkout. 

Camping Passes:

Must hold a 3-Day Festival pass to purchase any camping pass. 

Car camping is not permitted. 

❥ 3-Day GA Camping: Includes a campsite in our GA campgrounds Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 

Site locations are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis

Max 2 campers per site

Parking pass required for those parking in our offsite lot (shuttle service included)

If a Camp Member is joining you and checking out separately, please include their full name, email, phone number, and order confirmation number (if available) at checkout

❥ 3-Day Elevated Camping: Includes a shaded, riverfront, pre-assigned campsite in our Elevated campground for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 

Max 4 campers per site

Parking pass required for those parking in our offsite lot (shuttle service included)

If a Camp Member is joining you and checking out separately, please include their full name, email, phone number, and order confirmation number (if available) at checkout

❥ Camp Member: For those joining an existing GA or Elevated campsite. 

You must hold a 3-Day Festival Pass and Early Arrival Pass (if applicable)

Campsite capacity limits apply: 2 for GA, 4 for Elevated

If purchasing separately, include the name, email, phone number, and order confirmation number of the primary campsite holder

❥ Early Arrival Pass: Grants access to the campgrounds on Thursday, September 25, 2025,  and includes The Renegade Stage Pre-Party. 

Must hold a 3-Day Festival Pass and a 3-Day Camping Pass (GA or Elevated)

Camp Members must provide the full name, email, phone number, and order confirmation number of the primary campsite holder at checkout, if purchasing separately

Campsite type and location will reflect the camping pass purchased

No car camping allowed — offsite parking pass required (includes shuttle service)

Parking Passes: 

All parking is located in an offsite lot. 

Shuttle service is included with all parking passes. 

1-Day Parking Passes: Valid for one car on Friday, Saturday, OR Sunday. Please indicate your day at checkout. 

4-Day Parking Passes: Valid for one car from Thursday through Sunday. 

➤ Float Passes:

All float passes include a tube, shuttle service, and require a signed waiver. 

1-Day Float Passes: Enjoy a float on Friday, Saturday, OR Sunday. Please indicate your day at checkout. 

3-Day Float Passes: Float the Guadalupe River all three days — Friday through Sunday. 

Can I upgrade my pass after purchasing?

Sound Camp will work with upgrade requests on a case-by-case basis, while supplies lasts. Please reach out to support@soundcamptx.com with upgrade requests as soon as possible. 

What is the refund or transfer policy?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets can be transferred to another guest at the discretion of the original purchaser. 

Are payment plans offered? 

No, Sound Camp does not offer payment plans at this time. 

Do I need a parking pass if I'm camping? 

Yes. All vehicles must park in our offsite lot, even if you're camping. Car camping is not permitted. Parking passes are sold separately and include shuttle access to and from the campgrounds. 

Can I camp with my friends? 

Yes! If you're sharing a site, your friend will need to purchase a Camp Member Pass. 

If your group wants to camp near another group, be sure to: 

Arrive together

Hold the same type of camping pass (GA or Elevated)

For shared sites, please respect capacity limits: 

2 campers per GA site

4 campers per Elevated site

I only have a Festival Pass. Can I enter the campgrounds? 

No. Only 3-Day Festival Pass holders who have purchased a 3-Day GA or Elevated Camping Pass, along with their registered Camp Members (if applicable), are allowed access to the campgrounds. 

Do I need a Festival Pass to float? 

Yes. A Festival Pass (1- or 3-Day) is required to purchase a float pass. 

Can I float on Thursday if I have an Early Arrival Pass?

No. Floating is only available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. While the campgrounds have several river access points, there will be no shuttle service or tube rentals available on Thursday. DIY floating is not advised and at your own risk. 

When can I arrive and set up camp?

Early Arrival passes are purchased separately and grant access to the campgrounds on Thursday, September 25, 2025. To purchase an Early Arrival Pass you must also hold a 3-Day Festival Pass and a 3-Day GA or Elevated Camping Pass. Standard check-in for 3-Day Festival pass holders with a Camping Pass begins the morning of Friday, September 26, 2025.

What's the difference between GA and Elevated Camping? 

GA Camping is first-come, first-served and places you right in the heart of the community experience. GA campsites have a max capacity of 2 campers. Elevated Camping includes a pre-assigned, shaded, riverfront site with more space and a bit more comfort. Elevated Campsites have a max capacity of 4 campers.  

Are there pre-assigned campsites?

Only Elevated Campsites are pre-assigned. GA Camping is first-come, first-served — arrive early for your ideal spot!

What should I bring (and not bring) to camp?

Bring your tent, camping gear, refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and good vibes. Check out our full list of allowed and prohibited items here before packing. 

Can I bring an RV, trailer, or camper van? 

No. Sound Camp does not allow RV's, trailers, campers, or camper vans in the campgrounds. 

Are showers available? 

Yes! A bathhouse with showers is located in the campgrounds and free for all campers to use. 

What's the bathroom situation like? 

There will be porta-potties and handwashing stations located in the campgrounds and festival grounds. A limited number of flush toilets are also available in the bath house located in the campgrounds. 

Will there be water, food, or supplies available on-site?

Yes! A select number of food and beverage vendors will be operating in the campgrounds and festival grounds. There will also be free water refill stations — be sure to bring your own reusable bottle. 

Is there ADA or accessible camping?
